Reprotec offers two ways of maintaining or repairing your scanning system:
A maintenance agreement with Reprotec ensures the best possible service. Your call will take precedence over all ad-hoc repairs and guarantees a 8hr response time. The maintenance agreement covers call out fees, hourly rates, and all parts excluding consumables making it a very economic option. Please enquire for full details.
The second way Reprotec can offer to maintain your scanning system is an ad-hoc repair/service. With this option customers will receive the same quality of service as customers with maintenance agreement however a slower response time should be expected as customers with agreements take precedence and all parts, labour and call out fee are chargeable.
