Our service maintenance agreement allows you to experience the best possible service we can offer. Your calls will take priority over all ad-hoc repairs. This agreement will include hourly rates, call-out charges and all parts excluding consumables.

Our sister company Reprotec Ltd support, maintain and repair Vidar Digitizers. Reprotec Ltd has all consumables and major parts for current scanners and a good range of stock for older equipment.
We can install your digitizer system on Windows XP, Windows 7, 8 and 10. We have the appropriate drivers and software for 32 and 64 bit systems.
As well as installing the standard Digitizer software e.g. Clinical Express, DigiMan (previously Hipax), Etiam, Hyland (previously Lexmark, Pacsgear) and Tigerview we can install specialised scanner applications. We can, in the most cases, migrate your existing system to Windows 7, 8 or 10 but please contact in advance for initial advice and guidance.
We are specialists in digitizer repair and maintenance, and provide on-site repair and servicing throughout the UK and Ireland. We also provide a Return to Base repair service. We have a choice of service levels from one-off repair to annual maintenance agreements. All our engineers and technicians are Vidar trained.
Our service and repair work is carried out using genuine Vidar parts. All consumable items quoted are genuine Vidar parts and carry the full manufacturers warranty.
All digitizer repair work is carried out to the highest service level and includes as standard a full service of your machines. We carry a full set of consumables and major parts with the intention of getting your scanner in full working order on our initial visit. We can, if required, update your systems to the latest (appropriate) software and firmware.
