Installation, Support and Repair

Reprotec can install your scanner system on Windows XP, Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. We have the appropriate drivers and software.

As well as installing standard Vidar, KIP, OCE and HP software we can install specialist software. We can also install SCP systems or other applications as required.

We can, in the most cases, migrate your existing system to Windows 7, 8 or even 10 but please contact us in advance for initial advice and guidance.

We are specialists in Vidar, KIP, OCE and HP scanner repair and maintenance, and provide on-site repair and servicing throughout the UK and Ireland. We have a choice of service levels from one-off repair to annual maintenance agreements.

Our service and repair work is carried out using genuine Vidar, KIP, OCE and HP parts and carry the full manufacturers warranty.

All scanner repair work is carried out to the highest service level and includes, as standard, a full service of your scanner. We carry a full set of consumables and major parts with the intention of getting your scanner in full working order on our initial visit. We can, if required, update your systems to the latest (appropriate) software and firmware.
